Joe Locke is an Emmy Award-winning Manx actor, best known for his breakout role as Charlie Spring in Netflix’s hit series Heartstopper. Joe has starred as Billy Maximoff/Wiccan in Marvel Studios’ miniseries Agatha All Along, earning a Film Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Breakthrough Performance in 2025. On stage, Joe made his Broadway debut in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street in 2024 before making his West End debut in Clarkston in 2025.
